Well after much planning Jake and I finally got out first bridge built on the MooreWay and Lizard Gulch Railway. After a financial study by the accounting department it was announced that a bridge and drainage basin was the most cost effective way to keep water off the railway and away from the house. ( New Gutters were going to cost way too much). bridge.jpg

We are pleased at the results of the bridge and also have a chance to apply new mulch and ballast to the road in preparation for the development of the towns of MooreWay and Lizard Gulch.

This week should bring some needed track maintenance and the lowerline should be operational for some operations on Saturday if all goes well.

In case you haven’t heard our child number 4 is on it’s way.  Tina is due in mid April and we are all excited about this new development.

Everyone is hoping for a girl to even up the teams. We will just have to wait a few more weeks and see what the ultrasound says.
